- Automated reconciliation that syncs payment data directly to HawkSoft, eliminating manual posting and the rekeying errors that come with it.
- Text-to-pay and email-to-pay capabilities, so agents can initiate the payment process from within their existing workflow.
- Real-time payment status visibility and reporting accessible without leaving HawkSoft.

How to Enable RevitPay in HawkSoft 6: Step-by-Step
The setup process takes approximately 5 minutes and requires administrator credentials. Follow these steps in order:
- Step 1 — Log into HawkSoft 6: Access your HawkSoft 6 account using your administrator credentials. Standard user accounts do not have permission to configure Marketplace integrations.
- Step 2 — Navigate to Setup, then Marketplace: Click the Setup menu in the top navigation bar, then select Marketplace from the dropdown. Marketplace is listed near the bottom of the Setup menu, below Bridges.
- Step 3 — Open the RevitPay listing: Locate the RevitPay tile in the Marketplace. The listing is labeled 'Revitpay — Provided by Revitpay — API Partner' with the tagline 'Same-day funding and automated reconciliation — built into HawkSoft.'
- Step 4 — Click Share Data: Select the Share Data button on the RevitPay listing page to authorize the connection between systems. This opens the integration details and subscription confirmation screen.
- Step 5 — Click Subscribe: Review the API permissions requested (detailed below), accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Subscribe to finalize the integration. The connection is active immediately.

API Permissions: What RevitPay Requests and Why
When you subscribe, you authorize RevitPay to access 3 specific functions in your HawkSoft database through the Partner API. These are the minimum permissions needed to run the integration:
- Read Client Data: Allows RevitPay to match incoming premium payments to the correct policyholder in your HawkSoft database without manual lookups.
- Create Logs, Attachments, and Tasks: Enables RevitPay to write payment confirmations and receipts directly into the client's HawkSoft record so every transaction is audit-ready.
- Offset Open Invoices: When a policyholder pays through RevitPay, the corresponding open invoice in HawkSoft updates automatically without anyone on your staff touching it.
RevitPay does not request access to any other area of your HawkSoft database. Permission scope is limited to the 3 functions above.

How to Disable the Integration

- Go to Marketplace: Navigate to Setup, then Marketplace in HawkSoft 6.
- Select the RevitPay tile: Click on the RevitPay integration listing.
- Click Disable: Click the Disable button and confirm. The connection is severed immediately. Your existing HawkSoft data is not affected.
