Solutions · Online Payments

Accept payments online in the way your business actually sells.

Checkout on your store, a payment page the customer reaches by link, or a billing schedule that runs on its own. Which one fits depends on how you sell. RevitPay supports the processing relationship behind all of them.

No upfront cost to review your current processing. No obligation to switch processors.

Choose how the payment happens

Three ways to get paid online.

Pick one and pay. The RevitPay layer shows up only after the customer does.

  • The customer pays inside your ecommerce checkout: a plugin, a payment form or an integrated flow.

    Ecommerce·Shopify·Payment Gateway

  • An invoice or request goes out by text or email. The customer opens the link and pays on a payment page, by card or bank transfer.

    Text-to-Pay·Virtual Terminal

  • The customer agrees once. The plan charges on its schedule without re-entry, and the next charge is visible in reporting.

What happens after the click

Online acceptance is more than the checkout screen.

Four handoffs, two of them invisible to the customer. The same four whether the payment came from a checkout, a link or a schedule.

  1. Payment submitted

Card or bank details are secured for transmission from the checkout, payment page or billing schedule.

  2. Authorization

Verification checks run where applicable, then the issuer approves or declines. You capture at the sale or at fulfillment.

  3. Settlement and funding

The batch settles and funds to your bank account.

  4. Reporting and support

Every authorization, capture and settlement is visible in reporting, with a direct account manager when something needs attention.

RevitPay supports the processing relationship behind every method: the merchant account, the gateway where one is needed, the reporting and the person you call. Online card payments are card-not-present transactions, which changes how they are verified, priced and disputed. The Payment Review looks at all of it.

Built around the business

The fit depends on how you sell and how you bill.

Most businesses need one or two of the three. The billing model and the category decide the rest.

Ecommerce stores

Checkout through your platform or a payment form, recurring billing for repeat orders, and the dispute handling card-not-present sales need.

Services that bill after the work

Send the invoice by text or email and get paid from the message, or key the payment in the Virtual Terminal when the customer calls.

Subscriptions and memberships

Billing schedules for plans, memberships and service agreements, with the next charge visible in reporting.

Software-connected payments

Payments inside the store platform, the accounting software or the system the business already runs on.

Higher-risk online categories

Category, billing model, dispute profile and ticket size affect how an online account is underwritten and placed. Some categories need a specialized path.

Every online business: know your effective rate first. The Payment Review reads your statement line by line, then looks at dual pricing or surcharge programs where they fit.
